Develop Service-Oriented-Architecture (SOA) Strategy & Implement SOA Technologies
According to our recent surveys close to 30% of IT project funds today are spent on integrating new IT systems with existing or in-house IT systems, we also found that one of the reasons why IT projects are not delivered on-time is due to un-anticipated integration requirements.
During another survey, we found that the main reasons why the quality of IT systems are usually deemed as poor by user is that new IT systems development usually take a minimum time-to-market of one (1) to two (2) years, during this time, the dynamics of the business environment would have forced the business to change or amends or change its requirements for the IT systems under development. If only IT systems can be delivered within a short period of time to avoid having to incorporate new requirements every now and then, and to sustain the interest of the users who requested for the new system.
Business and government organizations today are now leveraging Service-Oriented-Architecture (SOA) principles and technologies to integrate their applications, as well as, to significantly reduce the time-to-market for new applications through the development of new (composite) applications that are based on re-usable programming elements.
